Every time I press Start Submit/Next URL button I see same site

Usually it happen when one from directories in your database is redirecting to other site. To fix this issue you need to open your database (click on Database button):

You need to scroll list up to find very first URL from top of directory list with clear status (looks like URL without color background). In our case, it's http://www.addgoodsites.com/submit.php.

Select specified URL and click Delete button. Issue will be fixed:
